Please Click on our Waiver of Liability before booking and read it in its entirety - by booking an online appointment you acknowledge and agree to accept all terms outlined in the Waiver of Liability and agree that you have read it in its entirety.  Please print/sign your waiver and bring to your appointment. If you are booking for a group each member needs to read the Waiver and sign.

You assume all responsibility for all guests under 18 years of age. 

Walk-ins will sign a waiver at the cafe'.
